How we work
Step One
For help with your upcoming project, please get in touch use the form on our Contact page. We endeavour to respond to an initial enquiry within one working day, either by phone of email to discuss requirements further and arrange a home visit.
Step Two
During your home consultation we will take measurements and where requested, advise and guide you in the selection of the perfect fabrics and the most appropriate window dressings for your home. A no obligation quote will then follow.
Step Three
Should you choose Hampshire Curtain Makers, please confirm your order by way of a deposit payment and we aim to produce your soft furnishings within 6 weeks of your order confirmation (subject to fabric availability). During busy periods our lead times may vary but we will always do our best to respond to important deadlines.
Step Four
Your soft furnishings will delivered or installed by us on a date agreed with you and your balance payment becomes due.
Trade Services
Hampshire Curtain Makers also provides bespoke services to Interior Design Professionals, Developers and other high-end trade clients.
